Explore the charm and natural beauty of the Garden Route with this delightful 4-day tour, including visits to the Cango Caves and Oudtshoorn Ostrich Farm.
The Garden Route runs along the southern coastline of South Africa, from Mossel Bay to the Tstisikamma Forest, and is noted for it's spectacular mountain ranges, indigenous forests and stunning beaches. The charming town of George, known as is a good base from which to explore the area, while other notable towns include Knysna, Wilderness and Oudtshoorn, famous for it's Ostrich Farm and the nearby Cango Caves.

- The town of Worcester
- Wine tasting
- A delicious lunch on a local farm
- Oudtshoorn - ostrich capital of the world
- Dinner, bed & breakfast and a warm welcome at the Protea Hotel Riempie Estate (3 star) in Oudtshoorn
Wednesday:
- The Cango Caves
- The Cango Wildlife Ranch, where you can view crocodile, cheetah, tiger, lion, jaguar, puma, and, as an option, touch a cheetah!
- An ostrich farm: tour & lunch included
- Dinner, bed & breakfast on the water's edge at the Protea Hotel Knysna Quays (4 star)
Thursday:
- The quaint town of Knysna
- Lunch at Featherbed Nature Reserve
- Game experience at Botlierskop
- Dinner, bed & breakfast at Protea Hotel Mossel Bay (3 star)
Friday:
- Mossel Bay, visiting the Post Office Tree, where early sailors left mail for home bound ships to Europe
- Lunch in the town of Swellendam
- Clarens Drive, a spectacular coastal road (During the Whale Season only: July to November)
- Your arrival back in Cape Town after four fabulous days!
